If the airport is only open m-f

If the airport is only open m-f am i safe to fly on weekends any help would be great. I live near an airport and 3 helipads. 1 of the helipads i was able to contact. The airport was closed on weekends. And other two helipads are not reachable

The airport is not closed, it just changes classes. Airplanes can still take off from and land there without tower control.

Even if its a seaplane airport? But my question is with no one there can i legaly fly today?

Just because the airport operates M~F does NOT mean that pilots are prohibited from using the airport any time. One must remember the possibility of emergency. Have you checked with the owner/operator of the airport and sought his/her permission?
