I'm impressed at longer exposure sharpness.

I've had 3 second exposures come out sharp with the M2P.This is a one second exposure of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge over Tampa Bay.

If you add a little Luminance you can knock out almost all the noise and mask out the rest.
Its a beautiful picture , you can use Light Room. Awesome
