Image Transmission Settings

In the DJI Go 4 app (4.1.5). In settings under the HD section there is Image Transmission Settings, Can anyone please explain what each of them are? Normal Mode, HD Mode, SMooth mode. Is this in referene to the feed from Mavic to RC or to live streaming. Is one 720p, 1080p, 2.7/4K
