Images not saving to iPad or Android phone

Just got my Air 2 S and at first, it was saving images to my Android phone and was working. I turned the feature off. Then a few weeks later, I turned it back on and now it won't save images to my phone or iPAd. All software is up to date. Any ideas?

I know the location of the log files moved. Did the location of saved images change?

My air2s doesn’t save any low res images either on my iPhone 12 Pro Max DJI told me it was a firmware Change,but my mini 2 still works go figure
