Impossible calibrate gimbal & compass and image tilted

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Dji Go 4 app ..... I calibrated it by Dji Assistant 2 .... but it still does not allow me to calibrate the compass nor the gimbal (it does not exceed 31% of the calibration process) .... And in passing the camera image appears / is shown as tilted or sideways. Here I leave a screenshot ..... Some ideas ???. It should be noted that the drone suffered a fall some months ago and all the damaged parts were changed by new parts, but this is presenting this problem with the gimbal and with the compass. I do not dare to fly it with these conditions. Thank you in advance for your advice, ideas, support.
