I have sent my drone to DJI for a repair / replacement. This was done on Friday the 27th of October at a UPS collection point. The drone left the Brussels hub the Monday after.
And it was delivered back to us yesterday (the 8th).
That is about 10 days.
So, their customer care has improved 1000%.
