Interfacing Oculus with drone video camera

I am very green at this drone stuff but have purchased my brother a
DJI Phantom P3-STANDARD Quadcopter Drone with 2.7K HD Video Camera.
My other brother is getting him an Oculus. My question is; can these two things be interfaced?

you may be able to rig something together but it would be a lot of cut and paste work and a lot of hassle. Upon further research you will not be able to interface, the Oculus requires a pc to work.
