Intermittent Remote ID error after upgrading to the new DJI Fly app

I have a Mavic 3 Pro and just updated to the new DJI fly app that works with the new DJI flip and the RCN1 controller with an iPad Pro 10.5 with no cellular so no GPS and now I get an intermittent Remote ID error while flying and when the signal is 3 bars or less there is more of a delay when taking photos or trying to cancel the return home so it was a huge mistake to update the DJI app. Is the solution to get a tablet with GPS?

Fixed! I updated the Tablets Apple IOS form 13 to 17 and now all is good!
