iPad 2 usable?

Is there an App that allows you to use an IPad 2 ? Tried to download GO 4 on it to use the bigger screen but no go. Am I stuck using my phone?

The iPad Mini 2 works, but I don't think the original 2 has the horsepower to keep up with it.

I could not get my iPad 2 to load the GO4 app. Could Not update iOS on iPad 2 beyond 9+. The GO4 app needed at least iOS 10 to run. Could get only $12 for it on an exchange so gave my iPad 2 to the grandkids and bought myself a Mini4
