Ipad mini 4 - not letting me switch to cinematic mode?

Whenever I switch to cinematic mode and only cinematic mode do I see that it instantly switches me back to normal mode.

Ehhh not really. In terms of speed/sensitivity in order of greatest to least... Normal->cinematic->tripod

OK, I think I need to play around with these a bit more
