iPad mini 4 or iPad Air 2?

Hi guys. Still not sure which one to buy. Appreciate bigger screen on air but also 1 year older model although processor on air slightly better than mini.
I know with Air I'll have to get an additional screen holder whereas the mini slots in nicely with the rc.
I'm still slightly unsure if i need much internal memory for recording anything or just to go for bog standard 16gb which will save more money. Ultimately I don't want a device that will lose support in the next year or so - I'm sure neither will but mini is newer model. I'm going cellular regardless so I have built in gps and can move my rth position on the go and use 'follow me' too if needed.
Thoughts / experiences please people.
My first MP is due to turn up today - exciting times!

IPAD AIR 2 is working perfect!!!!! But, i create a stand myself, above controller, so i can see remote screen also and it is very heavy for 25 minutes of flight. So weight is something you have to worry about. Regarding air 2 performance, absolutely perfect.
