Is it LANNAC or not?

The blue is class D airspace the yellow is class G. Just because it fall in a LANNAC square does that mean you need auth?
(I say no class G is class G)

No laanc needed outside the blue even you are in the square.
Just don't go into the blue. If you go into the blue get laanc auth.
 
It's all 400ft max so why not obtain authorization just in case.
If flying close to the blue I would agree. I live in a rectangle that just has a tiny corner of the rectangle in blue and I'm on the opposite end of it, which I don't get near the blue. Not going to do a laanc for no reason.

Because why add traffic to a system for no reason. For now it is free, and it probably does not cost them much, but I am sure it does add up.
If I thought I was going to fly into controlled airspace I would, but I know this are well so that is not going to happen.
