When I use the upper right wheel to adjust iso for some reason the shutter speed will change too! I'm not able to get repeatable results regardless of being in auto or manual exposure, and if i have exposure lock on or not. Very frustrating!

I am attempting to use the 24 frame/sec rate and 1/50th shutter. Then use up to iso 400, and if I would have to go below ISO 100, use neutral density filters!
