Is Litchi the app to get.....

I'm using a Samsung S7 Edge running Nougat. I know that there have been many people reporting about random app crashing and disconnects. I have experienced two app crashes myself.

Now is this a phone software problem or no? If I spent the money and purchased Litchi, will I still experience the same problems? I'm hoping it's a problem with my phone and the Go 4 app and that Litchi reacts better to my phone. What should I do?

I think Android is trying to optimize battery life by putting apps to sleep for fractional seconds now and then. For apps with realtime requirements like DJI Go and Litchi, this is bad. I set my general power system settings to let me burn battery and also looked for any app-specific power savings to disable those.
