Is there a DJI US warranty if Buy Air 3S overseas?

Unfortunately, the device will not clear US Customs per new regulations. Your money will be tied up and getting a refund may be difficult. This is all from what I’ve read and YouTube videos I’ve watched, not from personal experience. My understanding is that we in the US need to purchase inventory that is already in the US until such inventory is exhausted. This applies to most foreign made drones, not just Korean. I just purchased a DJI Magic 4 Pro Creator Combo (on eBay - US inventory), it arrived yesterday. Now the learning begins! Good luck to you!

• Reading the most recent feedback from buyers of the DJI from the seller in Korea, they all received their units with no problems. But from reading the sellers ebay page it sounds like you need to buy an aftermarket warranty as DJI will not honor a US standard warranty if not purchased in the U.S.

That's not been the case with three drones I've bought from South Korea. There are several recent threads here describing successful purchases made from South Korea and Japan.

Some DJI models are currently available at prices comparable to overseas sellers who ship to the US. Have a look at this thread.

Warranty coverage is an open question. DJI states that the warranty is honored only in the country of purchase, but exceptions have been reported.

Looking at drones on eBay, I can across these photos from one of our trusted seller dw_store, here's the listing: [NEW] DJI Neo 2 Fly More Combo [Drone Only] [3 Batteries + Charging Stand]

Check out their little operation. I can't imagine they would be servicing much more than mostly US customer needs. Having been on eBay for awhile, pretty sure none of this was here last year and I don't remember *anyone* buying a drone from South Korea (obviously I'm not 100% sure where exactly this place is located but I assume SK).
