Is there a mode for that?

I am so confused by which modes do what, I thought I would just ask my question to get some help.

Is there a mode where you can fly in a straight line and no matter what you do with the sticks it'll still fly in the same direction?

I wanna do a video flying along the coast but be able to turn the drone, raise the drone, lower the drone and do whatever else I want, but still have it flying straight down the coast line.
