is there a really good video or diagram showing how to thread the gimbal ribbon?

so i'm right in the middle of trying to replace the gimbal ribbon cable and lets just say i'm not good at origami.

I took some pics of how the old cable was attached but i guess i didnt take enough pics, or the right pics, since i"m struggling to get the new cable on. So far the videos i've seen either dont show enough detail, or i'm just an idiot. Pretty sure i know which connectors are roll, yaw and pitch. But i just cant figure out how to thread it all correctly.

hey thanks - i did see both of those and i'm just not getting it. Mainly i dont see how the cable is supposed to go from the roll to the yaw connector. I know its supposed to form a sort of half loop in there, but I'm just not seeing how that goes.
