Issues playing videos on my Samsung S8

Is anyone facing this? When I move the videos from my Mavic's memory card to my phone, I get the below.

I had this issue playing 4k videos on my galaxy's s8 stock video player. Download "Video Player All Format", it will play them without a problem.

I have that player... I'm wondering why Samsung Gallery app and Samsung video player app cannot play these mp4 files.
