My guess is; this is a frame from video, still it is one of the closest captures of an Eagle in flight that is not attacking the drone that I have seen.

You should do a screen grab off the card directly, as opposed to the transmitted image to your iPad. All these digital artifacts are just killing what is otherwise a pretty impressive image. I'd like to see the MicroSD card image. Standing by....
