'Person in jetpack' spotted flying again near LA airport

The new sighting on Wednesday was at 6,000ft (1,829m), seven miles from the airport, officials say.

This sounds rather like the improbable drone sightings racing alongside planes at high altitude.
From what I've seen it would be a brave man going that high if it was even possible in a suit as shown in BBC article
Or it could be aliens

That was an "interesting" convo from yesterday.

If nothing else this is a great example of why we don't need to be flying around airports or trying to talk on the radio with ATC.

My crazy neighbor plays around with Experimental toys and has a very loud screaming jet pack. He bought it from someone through Ebay years ago. I couldn't believe that it was legal to sell something like that...
