Jittery video feed on Smart Controller?!

I just got the Mavic Air 2 combo with the smart controller and when I did the first test flight with factory settings, the video feed in the smart controller display is jittery?!

any quick tips, suggestions, or remedies for this?

The SC is boo boo now. I'm so disappointed I bought one for my MA2 and now can't trust it.

There must be something you do wrong. Pleased describe exactly what you´re doing and what you try to see. I´m very happy with the SC and have no problems what so ever.

Just that the video on the SC while in normal mode is jittery. Not understanding why. And yes, I have done all the latest updates.

Contact DJI or the retailer.... get it replaced if it’s new and defective out of the box.

Ok I just sent an email to DJI support about it since I bought it directly from them. I need it fixed because as I cannot use the FPV model. i get too nauseated and it won’t work for me.

I will sell my DJI FPV as soon as I get the smart controller working as it should.
