Jumpy video

I am experiencing jumpy video and I'm not sure why.

I am recording in 4K NTSC (both 24 and 30 fps).I have ordered ND filters so that might have an effect.
100 and 200 ISO

Same here. I've had some strange jumps like your video but I have no clue why. Following this thread with interest.
