Practice outdoors in open space like they say practice makes perfect, don’t be afraid & tensed just relax and have fun..

That's not a good place for a first flight, you want wide open spaces, not an area peppered with trees and under their canopy.
GENTLE movements of the stick are better perhaps using cine mode.
