Keeping GMT always, regardless of location/time zones

How can I keep the smart controller (along with the M2P aircraft) always on GMT(Z)?
Regardless of my position, internet connection, travels, etc., I want it to rum always on GMT.

Location/GPS is OFF
WiFi is OFF
GMT set

Yet, after a switch OFF/ON (but without the WiFi, GPS re-enabled), still shows the local time instead of GMT. Any hints how to solve this?

Location/GPS is OFF

Downside: If SC's GPS is off and I am moving away from the drone's takeoff site (home point), then it is much trickier to bring back the drone IFR or the drone may just land in water in case of boat takeoff.

Any other suggestion keeping SC and aircraft always on GMT?

I have a similar problem with the SC, it has trouble keeping time unless it's connected to a network. Sometimes not-connected it will be off by an hour or 4 or 5.

The time comes from GPS.

I wish it would be true (like in my Garmin GPS), but I think this is incorrect or at least not so straightforward. Drone and smart controller both have a GPS, yet the time is often all over the place. And in time zone settings there is not even a time zone for UTC.
