I understand that it’s best to let the batteries discharge to 65% when not in use. However, does it hurt the batteries to leave them on the fly more pack’s charging dock? I have 4 batteries, and I guess the charging dock has the ability to maintain the batteries when not in use. I do this for the obvious reason that the Air1 doesn’t have the greatest duration, so when I want to fly, I want to grab the fully charged batteries and go out and fly. But, am I damaging the batteries by storing them on the plugged in charger?

That's not a good strategy ... in order to treat your batteries in the best way you should minimize the time they are above storage level (40-60%).
But as a MA1 owner myself I understand your needs perfectly.

Recommend that you invest in this charger, works perfectly & several use it here at the forum without any problems ... it can automatically put your batteries to 50% & in parallel charge all your 4 batteries, which really shortens the total "charge up" time. 4 batteries from storage level to full takes approx 50 minutes ... this together with charging your RC half to full.
