Kittyhawk and DJI data

I’m using the DJI Fly app to fly my Mavic Air 2, and the Kittyhawk app for LAANC approvals. I’ve never made a mission or flight checklist or such in KH, do other people use these features, and why? Also, you can import all your flight data into KH, I’m unclear on the value of giving them that data as well. Any experience out there to share?

I do have a pre-flight list I use
