Some guy shot this video in the same area in 2016 with a P4 in 4K. I'm sure the Mini could produce comparable quality.

Doesn't the Mini shoot video in 2.7K? This is only in 480p.

It was shoot in 2.7k but I read that YouTube degrades the quality in some locations to save the internet traffic during lockdown or maybe I just did a mistake when uploading...

You must have exported the edited video as 480p instead of 2.7K and uploaded that low quality 480p version to YT. The highest quality setting available for your video is still only 480p. Upload the 2.7K version with a new link so we can appreciate it!
