latest firmware update stuck at 5%

Been at 5% for 20 minutes now what?

Turn off the drone first, then controller. Restart. It should take you back to the update screen. I also restart my phone.

now my controller is below 50% so have to wait until its charged.

Update successful, thanks for the help. Just bought an i pad mini 4, hopefully the new firmware is issue free.
