Link problem with mavic mini 2

Hello , i had a mavic mini 2 crash so i bought another aircraft only, but im not able to link it with the old controller even after following instruction as shown on apps .
Help would be much appreciated

Contact DJI Support. They are very helpful for this kind of issue.
