Does anyone know what the different fields in the Litchi CSV files are? I've got the standard ones, but I'm trying to figure out how to make the camera autofocus for each picture.

What camera needs refocused for each shot at typical drone photo distances?

If the focus is set to infinity initially, there is no reason. The hyper focal distance at f2.8 runs between about 10 feet to infinity On most drones.

Flying at 200' with several structures up to 100'.

See above, no reason to refocus if set correctly before starting the mission.

As has been said- no need to adjust focus unless you are flying VERY close to your subject. If focus set to hyperfocal distance an object 100’ from the lens will appear sharp.
