Litchi missions.

I have had my Mavic Pro for about 6 months now. My brother just gave me his Phantom 3 Advanced. He hasn't used it. Anyway, I did all the firmware updates etc. And my question is, can I fly all my Litchi missions on the Phantom? All are simple and under 10 minutes.
Anything I need to be aware of?

I have noticed the P3A isn't quite as stable as the Mavic Pro and RTH isn't nearly as accurate? But I suppose that's to be expected?
