If I have the DJI Go4 installed on the Apple Mini 4 can I install the Litchi - Program for Mavic Air

and choose which one I want to use at a specific time.

Yes you can, every time you fly. Its a great app.

Yes. The only thing you cannot do is have multiple flight apps connected to your drone at the same time.

Make sure you running only one app and do not forget completely
Shut down Go4 app if you run any other drone apps
Other wise you will have conflict
Between 2 apps

How do you stop the app? I have an Apple mini 5 and after using Android there's no way to force stop the app. Does just exiting the app shut it down?

Double click on the home button. The screen should then show your running apps. Swipe up on apps you want to close. Don’t go mad with this. iOS is designed to optimise running apps and force closing apps can slow down your iPad.
