Lithchi and Facebook

I do not want to have anything to do with Facebook or any other social media so my questions are, why do I need it? What am I missing by not using Facebook? What are the alternatives that Litchi should offer to its users and paying customers?

What are you talking about?

Go to the Litchi web site and under the Help page it says in the first paragraph a reference to the help I can obtain from Facebook community.

You don't need to join the Litchi Facebook group to get help. You can get the same type of help here in this forum or contact Litchi directly (though they do seem to respond a bit more to folks posting on Facebook). The online manual, though not the best, has all the basic information needed to resolve/understand most issues.
