I am starting to notice lack of signal on the controller every time I fly and that's usually open countryside. A message comes up that the mini is losing signal, it's intermittent. The mini is always in sight for the best part. Is it ok just to allow the RC to decide which transmission setting to use, 2.4 or 5.8? It's on auto just now but maybe adjusting that would help. I have my antenna folded up slightly as opposed to the fully open position. Perhaps getting an aftermarket antenna may also help? Advise, please.
