Long flight times

I am new. Wondering about long flight times. I received 5 batteries with my mavic pro. If I were to fly back to back with only enough time to swap batteries would that be harmful to the motors? Do I need to have a cool down in between battery swaps? It would equate to close to 2 hours straight give or take.

Motors are good for hundreds of hours of flight time. Many people run 5 or 6 packs a day. No issues.
