I would also check ebay etc. for unactivated 'second hand' drones.
Such drones are probably DJI issued replacements for crashed or lost drones that the seller has chosen to NOT use, from memory two of mine are such drones.
That said you would need to check whether or not an unactivated drone and its possibly used controller are, or can be, bound and certainly, if everything is truely second hand and used, YOU MUST check that it is not bound.
In case you do not know, binding can render the equipment usless to someone who uses an app that is not logged into the DJI account that bound the drone.

Do you mean the Mavic 3 Pro that was released few months ago or the Original Mavic 3 ?
