Looking for a Web App

Hopefully this is the best place for this...

I used to have a link to a site where (similar to AirData) you could upload your CSV file and the flight path would be displayed over topo maps, but you could actually run/play the flight at various speeds so you could see what events occurred where/when. My fuzzy old brain somehow lost the link and I can't for the life of me remember the name of the site. I recall you needed to have a free account but other than that everything's lost in the fog.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
