Looking for software for gimbal calibration

Hi thanks for letting me join im having trouble calibrating on windows 10 and 11 as its got virtual ports only will this work on windows 7

this works fine with mavic 2 series else you can contact me to get help for free

Hi i tried this on wi dows 7 10 11 and it won't recognise usb connection can you say why not
