Loss of video transmission

I live in the city and lose video transmission quickly...my question is if I fly off of google maps after losing video transmission will it continue on or return to home?
I do have it set for return to home if it loses connection with the radio.

Depends if you have RC signal or not.

If you are losing video feed then it won't be long before you lose RC. Unless the app is crashing.

!st make sure your RTH height is high enough to clear everything while coming to Home Point.

So you lose HD signal...but what is the status of the R/C signal at that same time?

Also, next time you see the signal start dropping bars, try climbing 75-100ft higher in altitude and see if the signal improves. Plus....Very Important the make sure the Flatside of the antennas are facing the aircraft at ALL times! Everything I have mentioned here is important.
