Lot of lens flare in my air 2s, is it normal?

Im having a lot of lens flare when filmimg directly to the sun, i have read that this could happen in some lenses but is it normal in my air 2s or should i send it to dji support?

Basically they're caused by the physics of lenses and every lens has them.

You might try either a polarizer or ND filter to reduce the flare. Pointed directly at the sun, an ND is probably better.

There is no way to reduce lens flare appreciably, other than moving the camera view to a less direct angle. Most high end lenses are made with very expensive coatings of various rare metals than are helpful, but don’t completely solve the problem. I doubt that DJI’s pricing point allows for any serious manufacturing techniques to use sophisticated anti flare coatings.
