Low quality movie

Hi!

Problem? Low quality movie and photo. I set the best setting for video but nothing..is possible camera sensor problem, Drone refurbished, maybe old version of sensor?!

Was unit in a crash? No

What have you tried so far? Reset setting cam, refresh both firmware.

What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)? Note 8, iPhone 6 plus and iPad air 2

What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)? Latest

What Go app version are you using? Latest

Any modification? (if so what) no

Did you change anything or install any apps? (if so what)

Do you have a video or pictures of the problem? (if so post link)

List ALL the camera settings you used. Shutter speed, EV, ISO, WB, sharpness, etc.
Any filters used?
Are you looking at the full resolution images/videos from the SD and not the cached versions on the mobile device?
List the exact versions of the app and firmware (rather than "latest").
