Hi,

During my lunch break I plan to take flight over the countryside near where I work, uninspiring countryside I must say.

Half to just escape work and half to have a fly.

Does anybody have tips or ideas of any nice shots I can produce or fun flying ideas?

Cheers team

If the Mavic and or flying is new to you practice figure of 8 laps to hone in your skills.
Always something interesting to look at from a birds eve view, you may be surprised. You can also practice reveal shots, waypoints, active track etc.

Practice bringing your target into view for video presentation. Example....

Flying at the bottom of waterfalls... Your camera is facing down. As your moving forward toward target you slowly start bringing the falls into view until they are full picture.

It's an awesome intro video. I use that often. It's good practice for any presentation. You learn to multifunction as you bring camera and drone control together.

The figure 8 is great lesson to practice. Make sure your standing in one spot for this. The object is to learn to control mavic flying away from you and toward you "when controls become opposite".

Wow!!! I think that is one of the best videos I have seen!!! It shows so many different types of movement. Can't wait to get out there and incorporate some of them into my flights!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
