M2E Connection Issues

My Dept just purchased a M2E Dual with a Crystal Sky. After unboxing and updating software on all the components (Mavic, controller, pilot app and crystal sky), when I power everything up I get no display on the screen. The controller is linked to the drone I can spin the motors and operate the gimbal just no display once I open the Pilot app. I have the controller connected to the crystal sky via the USB to USB-C. The only way to get the UAS to display on the crystal sky is to disconnect the USB, then to connect the crystal sky via the Micro USB RC cable port. Once I do that it displays the Mavic and the pilot app is functional with the cameras being displayed no problem. Then I am able to disconnect the Micro usb, and switch back to the USB to USB-C and it works fine. I have been going through this process ever time I turn on the unit. Anyone else have any experience with this issue or any suggestions? Any help will be greatly appreciated
