M2EA thermal camera showing shadows. HELP!

My M2EA thermal camera is casting shadows. All firmware etc is up to date.
I have tried the FFC Calibration and still have no luck. Doing that just resets the shadow to the current thing it is looking at and then continues to show that shadow. Hope this make sense. Any help would be nice.

Read this thread. Seems like something that will require you to send it to DJI for repair.

Mine was too. I turned it in and DJI says they need to replace the camera for ~$2,600. While not prevalent in the M2EA it is not exactly uncommon either. The shop here had mine and one other that recent came in.
