If you finish flying and your battery is down to say 20-25 % and you know that you are not going to fly again for a week or more should you recharge or wait.
 
just put enough in till you get 2 solid and one flashing ,but if there was a possibility that it would be no longer than 4 to 5 days then you would be ok
 
i'm charging them back to 60% (take it off the charger when the 3rd light starts lighting up)

I leave my batteries discharged after flight, and charge a couple hours before I plan to fly.

...except one... I leave one battery (cycling through them) full all the time, because I refuse to be caught "with my pants down", needing a battery with 90%+ only to realize they're all dead.
