Maiden voyage

So I went out today for my first flight. Loved most everything about it but I kept losing connection right at 600 meters. My P2 Vision went far beyond that in this same location. I know people routinely get much more than that. What am I doing wrong?

600 meters for an Air, it looks alread good to me. I used to lose signal on mine as soon as I lost line-of-sight.

600 sounds short to me also . I took my little spark out last night and it was giving a clean FPV up to a mile . I turned back at one mile
