Main Controller Data Error

My Mavic Pro Platinum comes up with this error on the screen of my tablet - Main Controller Data Error, I have tried to do a IMU calibration but it wouldn't start.

I'd try refreshing the firmware using DJI Assistant 2 on the Pc and then retry the IMU calibration

Do I download DJI Assistant it onto the computer and plug the drone into it and go through the process.
