Manually fixing the error 1112

Hi gents,

Does anyone tried to get rid of the error 1112 (activation prohibited) with some hardware replacement?

I've got pretty decent deal for brand new drone, but it cannot be activated due to mentioned error.
Which part is need to be replaced to successfully activate it? (like core/main board or smth else)

Anyway, i already have the brick and would not care to send it back to seller (as it would cost too much)
