Map Loading message! Never give me take off location!

Hi, my name is Ricardo. I have a 3 DJI drones (spark, Mavic Air and Mavic Pro Platinum). I can get my take off location from DJI GO 4. Could be 13, 14, 17 sats! Never gave the city location! Anyone know how to fix that?

The app on that page is dynamically determining the location name from the takeoff GPS coordinates in the associated log. If the mobile doesn't have internet at the time, it can't get the info.
I would think though the location details would be cached in the app for that page once determined.

Thanks for your reply.
Internet 4G is full operational every moment since the moment I need register my take off on Governamental website (5 minutes before), during the map cache ( before take off) and during the flight (receiving WhatsApp messages all the time).
After landing usually sync with DJI for archieving and sync with Airdata also.

I don't believe in internet problems for that issue. Maybe the problem was on DJI servers.

Please let me know your opinion.
