Hi,
I have a Mavic 2 Zoom with a smart controller. I would like to be able to program waypoints to give more security when flying distances and for specific points on the landscape. I am returning to the Nullarbor where there is limited internet connectivity.

I have not been able to get any detailed maps to download onto the smart controller.

And I am also wondering if there is a way to access google earth to use for waypoints if I can not get the map box to download?

Does the android smart controller mean I am unable to do waypoints or access maps?

IF so, is there another way to be able to access google earth for maps and setting up waypoints?

Are you sure your SC has internet? Go needs internet to retrieve map data.
Unfortunately you cannot select what map service Go will use.

I know on a regular Android you can cache map data in the Go app for when you don't have or want to use internet in the field. Not sure if it works the same on the SC edition of Go app.
